Some of the opportunities on offer in this workshop are to:

• Revisit the magic of our initial creation in this life
• Release absorbed energies from any wounding in our parents around their relationship, past pregnancies, their sexuality, financial issues and degree of personal empowerment, which in turn have affected our own.
• Identify, and cut the cords to ancestral and transgenerational trauma taken on in utero.
• Re-experience the periods of safety, connection and deep love while within the womb.
• Work with and unblock any birth trauma, however subtle, that has compromised our feelings about being in this life and on how we project ourselves through our social persona in the world
• Find more courage in periods of great transition, in any new beginning and in facing any challenge to step out beyond our security into the unknown.
• Reclaim more fully our absolute right to be here in this body, on this planet, in this life more fully on every level, emotionally, spiritually, physically and sexually.

This is an experiential workshop and you don’t need any knowledge or experience of traditional astrology to be able to participate fully. The workshop includes active and passive meditations, dance and movement, voice dialogue, emotional release practices and working with the astrological medicine wheel.
