Sedna is one of the trans-Neptunian bodies, a dwarf planet, discovered in the last 20 years and her 11,000 year cycle has come to represent new levels of heightened consciousness becoming more available to humankind.

While her mythology is based on very real personal and generational trauma, she also describes how deep trauma can catapult us towards sublime soul level consciousness that can bridge the deep embodiment of the sacred feminine with authentic transcendence.

Her Mythology

Sedna is named after the Inuit sea goddess of the same name. In myth, she is betrayed, cast into the ocean, and becomes the ruler of the deep sea creatures. Because of this myth, astrologers commonly associate Sedna with:

The Process

This workshop is totally experiential, involving the use of active and passive meditations, dance and movement, voice dialogue and the magic of the experiential astrology wheel. It does not require any formal knowledge of these archetypes or of astrology in general. All the practices are invitations to drop into your awareness of your physical and emotional bodies and to take some risks in going deeper in your own healing and to expand your level of spiritual consciousness.
