Chiron is the Wounded Healer inside each of us, a place both profoundly wounded underlying which lies an awesome healer, teacher and multiskilled medicine man.

Mythologically he is both the wise king and the guru of the Centaurs, magnificent wild forest creatures half horse and half human. The gods would send their demigod children to be educated by him in a diverse range of skills and knowledge.

This meditation is for getting in touch with him within, to enhance your own healing and to connect more deeply with the natural born healer within you.
