THIS MONTH’S ASTROLOGY

We start this month, despite its Leo credentials, in a curious quiet zone. In the last week of July the Leo sun was in direct aspect to all the big players, Uranus, Neptune and Pluto. Similarly, with Mercury now retrograding, Mars at the end of Virgo and Venus transitioning into Cancer.

We should appreciate this short pause, as it is about to get very intense again. The gung ho Leo then squares a collection of the dark goddesses, Venus immediately squares the nebulous Saturn Neptune conjunction, followed by Mars entering Libra and colliding in an opposition to the same. Temporarily at least the path of love will not be smooth.

There are powerful healing opportunities though, with Chiron conjunct Eros. If we can get past the grotesque Epstein issue, as one collective expression of this, the very same conjunction talks about the possibility of significant relationship and sexual healing within each of us. Equally, Venus joins Parvati the goddess of the sacred marriage in the first week, another encouragement towards relationship evolution.

Behind-the-scenes though, the benevolent Jupiter forms a Grand Trine with a gaggle of the Dark Goddesses, so we can be certain that the Great Mother will be making herself known, even if just to remind us of who actually is in control!
