The ongoing instability, the tectonic changes, the teetering on the edge of potential catastrophe are reflected both by a unique convergence of the transformative planets Uranus, Neptune and Pluto, and by the standing up of a number of very unhappy forms of the sacred feminine, namely the so-called Dark Goddesses. It is indeed fortunate that we start the month with the Sun and Jupiter in Cancer because we get a need to bring out the best of this loving, nurturing and maternal energy to counterbalance the collective assaults on our hearts and psyches.

Two other astrologically pivotal events are the tough-love teacher Saturn going stationary in Aries while exactly conjunct Neptune, and the revolutionary wizard Uranus going into Gemini for the first time in 80+ years, heralding the beginning of even more dramatic social and technological change.
